Established in 2006, IDEC is a subsidiary focused on five-star hotels, super Grade-A office buildings and high-end decoration projects. Representative projects include The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, Conrad, Guangzhou and Marriott Hotel, Hainan. Its annual output is approximately RMB1.2 billion.

Established in 2009, MEPC undertakes installation of electromechanical equipment, fire-fighting facilities, intelligent construction, power supply and distribution on projects. It achieved a total industrial value of over RMB10 billion from 2009 to 2018.

Established in 2009, LDEC owns a nursery stock base with nearly 1,000 mu. Its annual construction area covers approximately 5.5 million square metres, with an annual industrial value of nearly RMB1.2 billion.

Established in 1992, CEC is qualified for general contracting in the construction of grade-I houses and buildings and municipal projects, as well as the installation of crane equipment. It has an annual area of approximately 33 million square metres under construction with an annual industrial output of over RMB23 billion.

Established in 2001, CESC holds Class-A supervision qualification and employs almost 1,000 supervisors. With its strength in technical and scientific management, CESC has become one of the industry’s outstanding project supervision companies.
